So Mitch Grigg and the 2018 VFL medalist don't get selected. Isn't this proof that we have unrealistic faith in our draft picks? Clubs will happily draft pick 50-75 to some kid who is unproven yet we have Mitch Grigg, a proven mid who can't get a gig in the top flight. There is something seriously wrong with the draft, but moreso the selection panels.
