But you get a discount if you are a SANFL club member.
Port and Adelaide are not SANFL clubs, they are AFL clubs with a team in the SANFL competition.
So what is the problem?
BTW - really good to see one pass gets every game available this season.
Interesting no mention of any free audio broadcast (for games not on Life FM) not that it worked at all for me last year.
The problem is as a PAFC or AFC supporter/member you have to pick 1 of 8 opposition clubs that would receive the fee. There should be an option to pick PAFC or AFC and the $60 gets split 8 ways to the other clubs.
Has the broadcast guide been released yet? This would determine whether I buy a full season pass or a few 30 day passes, given the ch 7 games aren't included.
I have the list of Seven planned TV games at home, will try to list tonight for you if someone else does not get in first. Pretty sure if you look up SANFL fixture little 7 Logos pop up next to game being done.
Just pay the $60. Why would you pay at least $80 to a club you dont follow to save $30? I didn't get value out of my membership last year only going to one home game so if I got the digital pass this year I'd just fork out the $60.

Thanks JTC - Didn't realise they had changed it to include all games rather than just one club's games this year. A positive move by the much maligned powers that be it must be said. Makes you wonder why they didn't take that option last year though...
Players win touches, Teams win matches, Clubs win Premierships.

I need a little help setting up my Samsung galaxy 6s phone. I bought the digital pass today and the am testing it by trying to watch last years GF. The picture size is about 25 mm square. I can not get it bigger or rotate picture by pressing the arrows in lower RH corner to enlarge. I have no issues on my laptop. Is there anyone experiencing similar issue or is there a site I can go to fix . Is it just a Samsung thing?
Brilliant, this will be the first $$$ I've spent on the SANFL since 2013, $60 is a great deal for all games...especially when they charged $75 for just one clubs games last year.
Obviously they are admitting they stuffed it up in 2017.
Im not sure why they don't release this much earlier so clubs can promote it as part of their membership package, Im sure they would get even more take up if they did.

As a Port or Adelaide fan why would you bother buying an SANFL Digital Pass when you’ve already got your own weekly TV Channel

Ok, nearly right. Only 3 out of the 18 rounds don’t involve the two Reserves

60,000+ members for Adelaide and 55,000 plus for Port Adelaide vs around 2,000 or so for each SANFL club, why wouldn't you try and appeal to the larger market, isn't that what TV is about, ratings, exposure for sponsors etc?

Slow down Booney, no one wants to hear common sense on this site. AFL is the devil, just listen to the 20 same posters on this thread who say so.

They need to get the balance right though. I understand the member no’s for the AFL sides (pity little to none actually turn up to the SANFL) but Ch7 also need to promote the league as a whole, not just 2 teams.

I’d agree (did I really say that ) but it is the SANFL who is footing the bill so you’d think they’d want to promote their own league and not just reserve teams from another league.
Booney wrote:What promotes the league more though, 30,000 tuning in to watch West v North or 50,000 tuning in to watch Adelaide v Glenelg?
That would depend on the audience. If 30,000 were Adelaide fans then the West v North match would do more. Adelaide fans aren’t interested in the SANFL as attendances have clearly shown.
If channel 7 we’re paying to screen matches then it would be a no brainier, they would want to maximise the audience to satisfy their advertisers. But didn’t the SANFL shell out over a $1m for Ch7 to screen matches. In that case it’s a different ball game. If it was me who was paying for coverage, I’d want a say in what was being covered.
