Yep we had that pain as well...
Suck's balls, especially seeing as though we are already about 1.5 metres below their block due to the slope and now they are going to have a 2 storey on top of that...

Whats the problem with it? I had the same thing happen after I built and didn't have an issue with it

privacy comes into play. They are on their top floor and can see over your fence in what you are doing. No more walking around naked then

Was looking at Solar panels- wont be happening when a 2 storey house shades the roof for half the freaking day!

Exactly our problem as well... especially as we are already 1.5 metres below their block level...
Not so fussed about the walking around nude bit, one look and they'll never peek over the fence again...

My employer finally adjusting my pay after 5 months due to an E.B.A change (should have a nice backpay whenever the f**k that comes) then now overpaying me! FFS, got to let them know or I'll owe money and they'll be on it like flies on shit.

Don't worry too much about a 2 storey house next door - if the present state government gets its way an lot of people are suddenly going to find a 6 storey block going up next to their inner suburban house.
