Bloody difficult to play for nothing at that level of commitment.

How long would it take to prep a deck for cricket? Hard wicket obviously easy they can change over night. Perhaps grade clubs will make their ovals unavailable after xxx date to prep and ATCA clubs will have to just perhaps work something out.
July start would have a finish of end of Sept so possibly two weeks before cricket season.. clubs who don’t make finals can start preparing start of Sept.
It used to be about $30 a day for a temporary outside one for match days as long as you had an RP.

I don't, I appreciate what they're doing, I think the Eastern states are a bit too USAish and lifting restrictions without being on top of things.
We're miles ahead, I just want us to open the floodgate only once because if we have a second wave our restrictions will be ten times as harsh as we've had, we barely had any this time around compared to other parts of the world and nation.

Yeah but don't you need to arrange through Clubs SA these days?
I just think until restrictions are fully lifted, no one will issue liquor licenses - regardless of circumstances.

Actually, email from Clubs SA this morning...
Good Morning All
Please note that following significant consultation, the SA Police Commissioner has included in his latest Direction released today, the ability for Clubs to hold their committee meetings within their club rooms.
Meetings can now be lawfully conducted within the club providing there are no more than 10 people present and social distancing obligations are adhered to.
It is important to note that food or beverages cannot be made available at the meetings, as any hint that the club is “trading” will immediately close down this exemption.
The new Direction also further confirms the ability for people to undertake paid and unpaid work within their clubs, once again as long as the Club doesn’t trade and social distancing obligations are adhered to.
