Went in and grabbed one, 1.41kg's, lightly seraed on each side then oven cooked @ 140 for 2.5 hours, sheesh!!!
I liked how you stuck the photo of it up when it was cooked, just slapped down in the middle of the table like "hey everyone hook in"
Could picture a whole family hacking into it like a pack of lions on a carcass.
How wrong you perceived it.
There was only the missus and me home and it was placed on a cheese board so we could slice pieces off as we required them with a selection of sauces and gravies to choose from.
You don't share that shit with kids, they take half of it and eat half of what they took after it's smothered in sauce.

Nice, I've tried a few different methods and they're all awesome.
I can't believe butchers used to give them away for practically f*** all.
How about Spare Ribs, they too were thrown away and are now around $20 a kilo. My dad in the 70’s and 80’ use to buy them for 49 cents a kilo. My favourite food just about.
Just then pulled off the smoker a $22 per kilo beef short rib.......my god that good I'm signing up to be a vendor at the Beer & BBQ festival next year!
Three Bays guernseys McCarthy, Hinge Neale, and JL in his Bays training top he put his hand out for when the AFL listed players used to visit during the pre-season.
Go the Lions!

Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

South lost mate, looks like even with nearly every team making finals, you wont be one of them, sorry to bring you down
Dogs and Hawks both having big unexpected rivalry round wins I rate
Can’t win them all. No point making finals in the BL&G this year only 2 teams can win it. Much better to load up on points and have a go next year [emoji3]
If you're looking for a spot to go and get away with a big group of people ( could comfortably sleep 20 - 10-12 adults / 6-8 kids ) then check this place out.
With 15-16 people it worked out $50 per person per night.
Mrs Jim being told at work she needs to use up 7 of her PDO’s before the end of October. Time to start looking for a decent short vacation. Leaning towards a short hop to Asia at this stage
