You don’t usually drop someone who has scored a hundred in the series …
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Re: Australian International Summer 2024/25
You don't usually keep someone in the team that has averaged below 30 for 4 out of the past 5 years. His hundreds in that period have come in Perth when he came in when India were well on top and in draws when the pitches were incredibly flat. He should have been dropped 2 years ago like Pujara and Rahane were.dedja wrote:You don’t usually drop someone who has scored a hundred in the series …

Rohit has "opted out" of the Sydney Test.

Re: Australian International Summer 2024/25
Regardless of any rumours, innuendo, disharmony or whatever, most people would want to see 2 teams battle it out at full strength, firing on all cylinders for the final Test of the series … and may the best team win.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Probably the only sport in the world where this is actually valid, it was always a weird feeling as a skipper going over for the toss hoping that you'd lose it.The Dark Knight wrote:Hopefully a good toss to lose?Jim05 wrote:We are bowling

Their sports events are attended by theatre goers. Probably need to be told on the scoreboard when to applaud
