I've got him in at the moment - but I'm not sold on him yet tbh.

i have spent a bit of cabbage on my back half and at this stage have these 3 as my subs but starting to worry

I reckon Lower will line up.

Richmond are carp, he'll get double teamed and he'll lose his value early. If you select him stick by him all year but I'll wait on see on last year's wonder boy. Unlikely for me.

He was double teamed all last year REB and did alright. The best thing with Jack is that he tackles a lot which helps his points. Vickery/Miller/Griffiths taking up the second and third tall spot this year could actually free Jack up to play a bit more up the ground and get more of the ball. I personally wouldnt go him, but i dont think the double teaming will impact on his scoring, as it happened a lot last year

So CK/REB, in your opinion who presents better value for premium forwards? At the moment chappy and jack are iffy in my side. There is a host im considering.....harvey, rioli, buddy, st nick and sam gilbert...

I wouldn't consider Gilbert personally. They are trialling him in a new role up forward so that means all his scoring history as a defender needs to be disregarded.

I think Harvey will be play a bit more forward this year so they can prolong his career a bit more.

Chappy i wouldnt clasify as iffy, he is an absolute supercoach gun. (he isnt injured at the moment is he?)

At Jacks price, i would take ROK, Rioli and Steve Johnson ahead of him. I would seriously consider Travis Cloke ahead of Jack aswell, playing in a winning side, surely couldnt kick as bad as last year infront of the sticks? I reckon Varcoe is a good little suprise selection at 402k. Should play more midfield, uses the ball well.

Chappy is injured. But how bad is it and is he worth the risk?

ROK's premium status days are over, I reckon. But Goodes might have another year in him?

Can Stevie J return to premium status? Is it possible to have Rioli and Franklin in the forward line?

Thats the reason for hesitation, absolute lock when fit, but there is rumours going around that he is injured. Cant afford to have $566k sitting on an injured player. If chappy is injured ill replace him with St nick i reckon and use the spare coin on probably rioli.....if chappy is round 1 lock in then its him and more than likely goodes or stevie j to get a gig.

Rioli/Franklin forward line, i believe so. They only have the one bye by themselves.

Chappy worth a risk, im not so sure if he is injured. Proven hamstring man. Also proven supercoach gun (maybe the best in the history of supercoach?)

ROKS are over, although he will still be consistent, and Goodes will be consistent until he retires IMO.

ALso Sydney, are one of the 4 sides to have the bye both times in the rounds where 3 sides have the bye.

Valleys, so your tossing up between ST NICK/Rioli, and Chappy with Goodes/Stevie J.

If thats the case with Chappys injury worries, i would nearly go nick/rioli combo. Nick will have a huge year IMO, especially after the preseason he has had, and the 2nd grand final loss in two years

Tough one. He was rubbish early last year but when he gets on a roll he posts some massive numbers and i reckon this year will be a good one for him.

Whats the general thought on Ablett? 631 k with a injury interuppted pre season and apparently still some slight groin issues? I might put Chappy on the back burner to like REB

Ablett - Stay away.

Just read Chappy will play next week in the nab challenge and be right for round 1.

Yeah thats what im leaning too, i think rioli will spend more time in the midfield, so im hoping if i pick him he can score me some big scores. St nick i agree will be in for a big season. All rests on chappy...
