Bank branches not having phone numbers listed anymore. You have to ring their phone banking bullshit.
I knew the girl I needed to talk to, I just needed to give my card number, date of birth and address to be asked if i want to check my balance.
I ended up going through my call log on my phone back to October when I last spoke to her and picked a random number I hadn't saved. Got her first shot.
