I asked how much was your car "sixteen point five we ended up talking them down to".

Our new house build has 3m ceiling and kitchen cabinetry going to the roof. All we can do is look at the top 2 shelves as we cant reach without a ladder :D :D

Smart globes, but not smart enough to change them selves when they blow :roll:
Check, ducted heating/cooling and gas fireplace. Plenty of insulation, good windows.
Could have just said 'ceiling fan' Booney..... :lol:
