Our new house build has 3m ceiling and kitchen cabinetry going to the roof. All we can do is look at the top 2 shelves as we cant reach without a ladder

Smart globes, but not smart enough to change them selves when they blow
Check, ducted heating/cooling and gas fireplace. Plenty of insulation, good windows.
