I know it reaches but I'd rather be on the same side.

It's funnier when people go the wrong side and don't know it will reach ... then change pumps and do the same thing.

Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Not all do. The multi pumps that lack the bendable extension don’t I found out recently.

No, they're Div 1. Hope to go up to Div 1 next year if we win and if the rest of the team I'm in want to. I do.

If you pull in close enough to the bowser it will stretch easily and your second hand can keep it off the car.

I've had 3 go down in the last 6 or so years. They were all excited as hell for it, but were a bit underwhelmed by it all at the end of it.

Don't think they realise there's not much to do in Victor during the day!

My lads in Pt Elliot caravan park, they put a fence around it and only schoolies are allowed in so they spend 95% of their time in there and a have a great time. Unlike my #1 son, #2 is not a big drinker, be interesting what state he is in come Monday.

Not kids ... but one of my workmates volunteers to help run the festival and/or look after the kids. I rate that.

The volunteers/caravan park security etc. do an amazing job, it's near on impossible for kids to sneak into other parks (my eldest sure did try his hardest though...).

Gives parents a fair sense of relief to know the kids are being looked after down there.

Mine was nearly 20 years ago but same thing, security on the caravan park gates, had to show ID to get in/out. Just a massive camping festival meeting people from other schools. Never had to leave the joint except to buy more food and drink.

Will happily help my girls organise it properly through one of the caravan parks when they're that age.

Neither of my kids were all that interested in Schoolies. Got off lightly there I think.

My daughter is trending in that direction, reckons she'd rather do a weekend away in a cabin somewhere

My eldest lad, wasn't interested and didn't head to Schoolies. The younger one went down there, but stayed in our shack at Goolwa Beach, so they were out of the way a little bit. Only went into Victor one night I reckon and then stayed at the shack for the rest of the time.
