Yeah pretty funny stuff. When the baby was born I said "honey it's Asian " and turned to the Asian guy named Charlie who hasn't spoken in 5 hours of classes and yelled "Charlie what have you done!!!". It was Josh that asked the question "can you eat the placenta"

To be honest tonight's class was pretty slow and painful but it was good hearing about how you lads are going and the mock birth at the end was very funny as his husband. Spent an hour on pain medicines and it could have been knocked off in 5-10 mins.

Tits are tits... for the most part.

Nah we didn't see the breast feeding, we watched a new born being bathed. The breast feeding is a whole another class that I am not required to attend. My duty is done, time to pop out this kid.

Last night we the husbands were forced to hold a baby for the entire 2 hours and I delved into my comical bag of tricks and borrowed from the funniest snap chat I have seen this year. Fellow poster Milky Bar Kid sent me a snap chat of the hangover inspired "not at the table Carlos". It got mixed reactions at best but personally I enjoyed it.

Believe me, it was a selectively sent snap, trying to avoid mixed reactions! Mrs MBK, definitely wasn't privy to that snap.

I hadn't updated this in a while, and we didn't add MBK's kiddie to the tally, so it now becomes:

Boys: 4 (Benny)
Girls: 7 (MBK and Wristy)

(this may be updated if I've forgotten anyone in the interim)

Going sweets as, been 8 months already & she's be crawling for the last two months. The interaction now is great (for us, not so much the dogs)

Sleeping, well she's got that down pat. Goes to bed between 7-8 & sleeps thru to about 6-7, occasionally having to go find her dummy for her.

Jnr Valleys is on the cusp of 20 months now, and is a little ripper. Aside from the dreaded teeth or a child care bug- is a great sleeper, and he is now a really energetic and inquisitive character.

He has a 20-25 word vocabulary (in before standard PAFC sledge) that seems to be growing by the day as he is a parrot for everything Mrs Valleys and myself are saying (have to bite the tongue!), and much like MBK- has caused the family canine to hide at the slightest sound of his approach

Watching him grow over the past 6 months has been incredible, but he is now beginning to crack tantrums when things don't go his way, bring on the terrible 2's

Traditionally experts used to say the "Oppositional Phase " of childhood development lasts from 2 till 6, but in reality there seems to be a lot of variation.
Some seem to get stuck there...
