Generally you have to win games first

Fair point.
Historically reynella don't poll well anyway.
Must be the colours?

Thought it was a good game today. Morphies far from disgraced. Also nice to see Aldinga have a win in the B grade. Christies v Shoes next week looks like a cracking game. Flaggies going to be exceptionally hard to beat, although if you look at last year Noarlunga looked the same. Think Flaggies will have too much big game experience to let that happen however.
At least the B grade grand final should be interesting! Not much splitting Flaggies and Noarlunga so far this year, assuming Noarlunga get past Aldinga.

Any opinions on the Prelim? Ordinary weather forecast but can’t see that favouring either team. Shoes for me in what I think will be a low scoring dour contest (due to the conditions). Shoes in the B’s also to set up a potentially great GF.

If its anything like the first game it'll be a beauty.
Maybe a bit of spice in it also.

I think Christie’s will win the 2nd place playoff. Noarlunga to win the B’s to set up a cracking grand final. Expecting two pretty low scoring games.

Watching the B grade prelim Noarlunga had a player wear #9. Interestingly, Noarlunga does not have a #9 on the team list which is displayed on the SFL web site under results. Not sure if the list on the results page is the final official team list or not, but would think so given the results are inputted by SFL officials. Any possible ramifications?

No I can't sfl haven't loaded it on the website or fb page.
Not shocked by that. Their latest news quotes 2018 medal results.
Pretty ordinary really.

If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Cause of attendence issues?

I noticed they have now arranged a live stream for those that have missed out

Apparently the SFL put tickets on sale and hadn't advised parents so plenty of "on lookers" got tickets and parents missed out.

2,000 tickets yeah? 2 games of Junior footy with 3 clubs involved. Each player could bring 4 other family members and that's still less than 500 tickets. No way 1500 onlookers are going.

Something doesn't add up.

EDIT: Just saw it is 1,000 not 2,000. Point still stands. Why is it 1,000 this week? Are they hoping to get it extended to 2,000? If so, any danger of them putting that out to the public...

Its a tough one for the league, other alternative would be to play u13's Friday night and U15's Sunday.

I have tickets to the game as a neutral, will consider giving them up to some parents that have missed out if nothing changes.

I wonder how many people have purchased tickets for the Friday night junior finals thinking they have tickets for the Saturday 17s/Bs/As?

I cant see how 1000 tickets for a U/13 and U15 GF could possibly be sold!!

On the news they said they'd normally get a crowd of around 7,000 to these games?!
