100% gone. Some of the players thought he was the worst coach they've ever had. No game plan or structure, same drills at training every night with some of the drills going for an hr.
Some of the players think he was disinterested in job.

Para Hills season has been over for 2 days!

I'd expect all the official appointments and discussions to take place after the best and fairest night when we've all sobered up and stuff.

*Note* - I do think he should be given the opportunity to continue if he wants.. but..

Why should the club keep him on? Because he took them to a Grand Final?

What if he was an absolutely terrible coach who was fortunate to be at the helm of a very talented squad? Wouldn't the club keeping him on be to its detriment?
