Ran into Adam Freeman Friday night who indicated he was gonna head out to Salisbury West this year, and Nitney perhaps returning.. Westies look set for another strong season.

Talk around Eastern Park is they're going to be very strong - guessing they'll get their usual suspects back from around the place.

Tyson McIver heading out to Dublin for what he's says is BIIIG money.. and a club near Anderson Walk forking out $3k on players in their tilt at a flag.

Atco have Dylan Childs back which will give them a pretty decent opening pair.

Tyson was trying to get 'big' money from clubs out this way in particular Lower North. All clubs passed very hard.

Good luck to him though, if you throw enough darts...…...

Tyson now landing at Parafield Gardens

Official this time - clearance is in.

So in 6 months he's gone..

Enfield to Two Wells to ATCO to Eastern Park to ATCO to Smithfield to Central United to Greenock to ATCO to Dublin to Parafield Gardens

EP forced to pay a $1500 bond for this upcoming season before being allowed back into Grade 1 - fair or bit harsh?

what exactly is the bond for, on field behaviour ?? as an outsider to the PDCA it seems very strange to put a financial stipulation on the clubs behaviour

Given the history with EP I understand why the league are somewhat cautious about their re-entry.

Not sure what a financial fine will do though, seems like a money grab from if they cause an inconvenience.

Whilst I don't have the answer now im sure there must be better ways to encourage the club to meet to the standards required.

The big question, will they get the mycricket scores in on time this year, i know Lightning would appreciate it if they could .

This comp does my head in.

Word getting around is North Pines from Grade 1 to Grade 3.

If that happens while my mob continue to get flogged in Grade 2, then **** it, we will go to A&SCA or Hills. :(

If that is the case who goes to grade 1? Whoever it is should just swap with NP. If there is a spot in grade 3 then Enfield should be able to fill it and push their B's to grade 4.
The answer is Eyre to 1 and NP to 2. Allows Eyre B's to go to 2 (they won 3 last year). Enfield to 3. Enfield B' to 4. Problem solved.

Fair. They have done the wrong thing by the Association twice in the last 5 years especially last year when they pulled out after round 1 and they are still under suspension from 20/20 comp when they didn't front in the CLH comp. Their history is shocking including player and member supporter behaviour. I still say that they are lucky to be accepted in grade 1. Only there due to lack of other choice. Not sure what else Exec could do to try to control them. Doesn't become an issue if they do the right thing by the Association. It's now up to them.

Yeah sorry should have been clear Brahma FC was who I was comparing North Pines CC to.

Always had a lot of respect for Brahma CC, have done wonders with that club.

Apparently Eyre Royals, Parafield, NEK, Smithfield have all been asked, and all declined. One Tree Hill the only club not asked yet

Go 7x teams in Grade 1 and Grade 2, and play a cross-over bye.. could perhaps drop one out of Grade 3 to Grade 4 and play 7 in each as well with a cross-over bye.

Everyone wins.. everyone happy.

Wouldn't it leave you with a 4 team div. Bedge has 28 teams there.

Proposal was emailed to the exec to review at their meeting for 6x team divs last month - rejected.

Despite the apparent support at the AGM, there isn't appetite from the big clubs for it.

We going to Suburban

I'd suggest 10 team divs, but that would cause more crying than not

Go 6,6,6,5,5 with a cross over bye ;)

In this day and age people just wanna play against equals, 6 teams per div is ideal.

Dont leave Bedge. What about the forums?
