You cant be the best leader you can be if your're not in the right head space.

I think part of leadership is leading by example and acknowledging your own need for balance.

I understand how you cant feel that you can be away and that at times having one day off sets you back 3 days so in the end its just easier to be there.

getting old

Years ago had my top teeth removed because of an assault at work and dentures put in

20 odd years later i go to get them replaced and dentist says what remaining bottom teeth i have had to go

So go the whole hog and get a new top denture and a denture made for the bottom

Today went and had lunch and came home and took the bottom one out the clean them and presto dropped them on the tiled floor and they smashed

This morning 2 masked lapwings wanted to kill me

Waited in another queue at another servo on Sat evening, while the operator behind the till was on the phone placing a food order! The other staff member on duty was farting around down the other end of the counter, ignoring the growing queue.
