Aramex couriers!!
Ordered son’s Xmas presents on Black Friday sales and still don’t have them.
Aramex can’t find it but it’s ‘somewhere’ apparently
WTF does that mean?

I’m still waiting on something dispatched from Brisbane 25/11.amber_fluid wrote:Aramex couriers!!

I emailed the supplier whom I spend a bit of coin with & told them if they use Aramex again I won’t be giving them any business. They’ve since resent my order via Australia Post Express, I should get it Monday.
You probably know I’m in freight & logistics, Aramex hands down are the worst I’ve come across.

Aramex are shockers, but surprisingly left a delivery on the doorstep when they normally take it back to the depot... that was a small win

They once left a parcel in a flower bed out the front of my house (outside the gates & roller doors) I live on a main road so it got pinched. Took forever to get compensated.mighty_tiger_79 wrote:Aramex are shockers, but surprisingly left a delivery on the doorstep when they normally take it back to the depot... that was a small win

I just looked up their reviews... 1.2 out of 5 for over 7,000 reviews. I'm not getting this package...

Aramex is foreign owned, they bought out Fastway Couriers. I’m pretty sure Australia Post own Aramex here in Australia.mighty_tiger_79 wrote:Out curiosity, who owns them?

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
The missus bought a pair of sports shoes online a while back and claimed that they were never delivered, so they accepted it and sent another pair out, which she did receive … except a couple of months later I found a parcel at the side of the house next to the meter, which happened to be the first pair she ordered
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
I got an order from the States many moons ago, and it just never arrived. Had to wait longer than normal to allow for a late delivery, and to their credit, they refunded me.dedja wrote:The missus bought a pair of sports shoes online a while back and claimed that they were never delivered, so they accepted it and sent another pair out, which she did receive … except a couple of months later I found a parcel at the side of the house next to the meter, which happened to be the first pair she ordered

They purchased Aramex Global Solutions from Aramex a few years back and rebranded it to APG e-commerce solutions.
The actual Aramex Australian is owned by the Dubai mob and I think recently a French lot brought a stack of shares too

Re: Things that give you the sh1ts
I ordered a couple of items through Black Friday sales and they were also sent via Aramex. It took two weeks to get to Adelaide once dispatched from Sydney and then a further 1-2 weeks to get delivered after reaching Adelaide depot. I missed a delivery on a Monday and it wasn’t re-delivered until the following Monday.amber_fluid wrote:I’m the same date from Brisbane.Spargo wrote:I’m still waiting on something dispatched from Brisbane 25/11.amber_fluid wrote:Aramex couriers!!

Like Amber, I will also be checking to see if A company uses Aramex and won’t use them.
They have some of the most brutal reviews I’ve seen, 1.2 stars out of 5 says it all
