I haven't been out to any trainings for at least a month, I wouldn't know, only what I read on here.

still waiting on numbers at Ovies, i know of a few departures and if i've heard right there are a few ex Cats moving to the Saints camp Riddler...

It is difficult to pick the premiership team until we find out the make up of the grade - are henley staying down? If i had to pick one it would be Central United.

Have they picked up alot of players this year?

I have been told they have 10-15 players from Smithfield! Maybe L.M Can confirm?

Quite possibly, there's a few umming and arring, mainly the ones that don't want to do the hard yards on the track. Not many permanent A graders from last season though.

I'd guarantee that anyone lazy will be rocking up at 11am for their game, if they got one at all.

I actually over-heard him talking to a North Pines player/ spectator a few weeks ago, he was comparing the trainings between the two clubs, he seems like he is willing to work hard this season.

It would be hard for Adam to compare the training sessions between the 2 clubs because that would mean he would have turned up to training at Nth Pines. All the best to him though if he plans on moving on and actually put in the hard yards.

No choice as henley have to go up under the rules as they cant request to stay down 2 years in a row - unless they go and put their C Grade in C1 with their D Grade probably in C6 - but I am sure they will be in Div 6
