It went as quick as it arrived - pelted down with rain, thunder, lightening.
We even had steam coming off the road out the front once it subsided...lol.

we got our first drops about 3:15, 2nd time this week most of the rain has gone around us

Just happened to look out the back tonight when a tree on top of the hill about 500m away got hit by lightning and sparks when everywhere like fireworks going off...amazing

Weather? My workplace got shut early today... flooded...

Can tell you that TV's and other electrical stuff don't enjoy interaction with water that much... :?

...and that's why you should never, ever, ever shelter under a tree in a storm...the lightning vapourises the sap and the tree explodes.
