Isn't that damning. The SANFL draw is constructed not to suit the needs of the sovereign clubs, but to work around that other league. Straight from the horse's mouth. Little wonder the league is moribund.

No state game great,
lately has been a wasted weekend of no club footy and club income.
Only 3 byes it would appear?
I suppose 3 wasted weekends is better than 4 or 5 wasted weekends.

Oooh, the release of the fixture for next year. It's like Xmas for me, I couldn't give a ****.

I hope you get to play Westies at Richmond and again at home but who knows, we'll all have to wait and see!

Lol bit rough bud, most AFL diehards are fascinated by the draw .. Most SANFL diehards have more interest in their competition than big brothers.

Personally the draw doesn't fuss me, I'll see when I see it, and my club will still have to win enough games to qualify for finals regardless of how it looks - But many look forward to it, and for many there is still planning involved for shoring up their availability for match dates.

The AFL fixture and SANFL draw are slightly different. Double up games, travel plans, who you get home and away area fair bit different to seeing when you have to drive to Noarlunga or find a park at The Parade.

Not for people who have to get time off of work, book it in with the missus or even travel to get to SA to see their side.

Sorry Booney, AFL draw Meh, WGAF!!

Whilst not sitting by my letterbox or anxiously scouting the interweb, the SANFL draw is of far greater interest to me.

Go the BAYS!!!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Come on mate while I agree with your sentiment and I don't care much for the draw myself your smart enough to know how games potentially being played on 3 different days could affect how a passionate die hard my need to plan around

Ignore him, he speaks soft but stirs with a big stick.
If you feel the need, just join the Jarman Impey discussion on the AFL board. Plenty of Booneys to be caught in those waters.

Well no Power players are based around there, so parking should be less of a hazard. ;)
