You're spudding it up big time in your footy tips hey Daisy? Yeah no need to answer.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

I'm spudding it up, and not even trying to.

Interesting article, in particular this line caught my attention:
5 of the last 7 seasons - does this indicate that players are more "ready to go" these days, and require less development than days gone by?
Interesting article, in particular this line caught my attention:
On only five occasions has all of a draft's top-10 made its debut the following season, with the class of 2010 being the first to achieve it.

Absolutely it does.
Recruiters are watching U12 games, 15 year olds are in the gym preparing their frames for the rigors of senior football.
I'd think clubs expect 1st round picks are ready to go, not just close, but ready. They invest so much in talent identification and spend so much time on potential recruits they would want that investment to be ready to give them a return.

Luckily Mavis and Ruth are made of tough stuff, and armed with a rug for the knees and an extra piece of apricot slice to ward off the cold they will soldier on and be there!... not like those soft, poncy Port types who worry about things like a few drops of rain

Quote below:
“Ryan has struggled a bit since with his injury and general fitness since Round 1,”
“We feel it’s best for him to have a game or two at Box Hill and hopefully regain some touch.”

Thank Christ I'm taking at least a three month hiatus off working there.
Funny though as the last game there the Power supporters were complaining about how hot it was and kept asking where they could get sunscreen.

At least its wet for the game tonight. It will keep Collingwood in the contest for an extra 5 minutes.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards

Any grown man that has a guernsey on looks like a pelican. Finals maybe being the exception.
