I caught public transport on Wednesday for the first time in yonks.

Now I remember why I haven't done it in yonks.

Agreed.

Seeing Mother Theresa wrestling Ghandi in wwe ring is somewhat entertaining.

And Iran trolling trump with it with some absolute bangers is amusing too

a pub down the port way mate?

work have reassigned me for the next month down here, a stones throw from the water, and i was thinking of going for a frosty beverage before heading home tonight.

which establishment should i grace with my presence? i was leaning towards pirate life at this point.

I'm partial to the Lighthouse balcony upstairs of an afternoon.

Pirate Life certainly has its appeal but the music does my nut in.

The Alberton is quaint. ;)

Startrack's excellent catalogue of photographs of my door/house number but continuous failure to knock on the door, ring the doorbell, ring my mobile, or make any attempt at all to alert me when they arrive with my package.

This extends to other delivery companies as well.

I've got a regular bloke who does most of my deliveries, he intentionally doesn't knock as it sets the dogs off, and I appreciate this.

It's the ones who leave "sorry we missed you" cards when they've made no attempt to leave it that really shit me...

It’s annoying no doubt but if a signature isn’t needed then it’s not a requirement to knock or contact the receiver
