mate has his horse running today at Balak Race 7 11 Unspun, first couple of runs were disappointing so the trainer put the horse over the jumps to sharpen him up before his last start and he won, if there is pace up front horse wins so E/W @6/1
scissor kick was a massive run last week, i am still lamenting the loss
When it comes to winning you need the skill and the will

Thanks Freaky, I'll have a look at Unspun, it's one that I tend to have a go at occasionally.
That scissor kick run was huge. I got off it and backed the winner. I should've quinella'd them - would've paid a motza.

Patto has been doing a lot of work with him lately, only keeping him to 1400m for the time being
well done mate nice win but as John Hawks says "barriers win races" will be following SC in the future for sure

Got to the pub in time to see Gris Caro run (2013 Balak Cup winner). Got on with everything in my wallet ($13) and it saluted. Great horse, lot of ability. The Stephens roughie that ran fourth also worth a look next time around too. Flashed home.
mate from footy always goes on about that horse he had $20 on it on the weekend so he was pretty chuffed. I had nothing on it so I was hoping it would lose......
