Correct. Once again, money talks and loyalty walks. Will be a big loss for TTG, no doubt. Unfortunately we weren't willing to pay anywhere near what Meningie was offering. There comes a time where you have to say 'enough is enough'.
Loyalty becomes non existent when or where money is concerned. Noske senior told me only last year, Ben will never leave TTG to play footy elsewhere.
Seems they'll have a bit of a drive each week to follow him around now. Ah well, that's life!

Not sure if this has been mentioned but heard boardview had been talking to some very good footballers. One of which was in the state under 23's last year. Very interesting to see what happens there.

Only 1 of the guy's that you are speaking about will make there A'Grade team.
Spends more time injured than he does palying, but can play good footy if fully fit.

A certain club in the SAAFL has offered him plenty, not all he asked for but just shows what you can do when you sell your pokies!

From the proceeds of their pokies sale, they can afford the silly $$$$'s they've offered him.

They were all thinking of moving when the rumour that last years coach was going to continue but he pulled out and they have rethought what they will be doing next year. One has moved to the Eagles. The other 3 are undecided. Three of them also had interviews with Gaza. Any one have any clue who i am talking about?

Where did you hear this?
Heard from someone that used to be involved with the state team.
i will clarrify that. only from what i've been told. it's pretty reliably too.
he'll be a big loss. not sure what he's form was like this year, but i reckon he's one of TTG's guns. great bloke too.
should run rings around the blokes in the murray league.
good on benny, but one thing you have to watch out for in the country is they will spend up for a couple of years go okay and then it dries up and watch all the recruits run

quote 'good on benny, but one thing you have to watch out for in the country is they will spend up for a couple of years go okay and then it dries up and watch all the recruits run'
So does that mean you're in favour of the "money overrides loyalty at any cost" theory as per previous posts on this subject?
I think we all know that when the monies gone, so are the recruits. You can't buy Loyalty!

Franks has re-signed and Brooks is doing pre-season with Centrals. If he doesn't get kept on, he is on board at Berri. Franks is moving to Berri in the next few weeks for work.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
