Unlucky to the Bays faithful today, I think ltp could be saying that you have shown great discipline in this thread all year up until your team, who have at times failed to deliver, seemed to be in a great position to cruise through to the gf.

I have followed this thread with interest and collected a few times from the great man but if this wasn't your team would you have bet differently dutchy??

Also what price was a centrals/glenelg gf quinella paying?? Could this have been a better option (if you intended to lay off) given your stake that you initially outlayed.

I actually hold back from backing my teams most of the time, I rarely back the Roos, I still think it was the right bet, but I do wish that Centrebet hadnt put up $1.83 as I wouldnt have taken the $1.64 that Sportsbet put up...

Oh well, the positive is that the Eagles got knocked out cause if they had won the flag I would have been $2,000 down

lost by 2 points, most at teh game will agree Glenelg were the best team most of the day, didnt get the result but that happens, I dont expect every bet to be a winner, some losses are dumb bets some are unlucky, todays was unlucky IMO

I don't understand why you would want to tie your money up ($2000) for a month. What bout if they lose next week? your Money tied up to find out how much you lose?

Last week you could lay Typhoon Tracey at $26 on Bfair and back it at $31 on NZ tote but you tie your money up for 6 weeks to earn $50 to $100. Some people dont mind doin it but Not for me.
