Re: SAAFL Division 6 2013
Heard that Gareth Allen is contemplating coming out of retirement to play a few games for WOS again next year after a year off.
Apparently wants to see if he can convince Josh Hooper and Guy Marshall as well. Marshy laughed it off and said no chance on Saturday though.

Not Rob Abdulla????
Looked more like Garner to me.
Garner has trained every night at united plus he wasn't going to play last if we didn't change the coach.
Abdulla is selling himself out again as we don't pay anyone except the coach..{who has all our football budget }

Wouldn't of thought rosies finished bottom last year and have lost there best player. So unless they've picked up a whole new team I'd say they'd be middle of the pack.
So you're saying they will go top then?
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Bottom line is that if the Units keep Hall, Fuller, Woodward, Abdulla and the Garner lads they will be very very dangerous. they had a phenomenal run home knocking off the premiers in R18 (im aware they were missing blokes) but they have a young side and improved massively throughout the year. could be a big chance i reckon.

I like the look of Lockleys for the flag, and Mitchell Park for the spoon
Hahahahaha, PG Mitchell Park would have spanked you guys last year. My predictions are Mawson Lakes (with the maestro Riddler) and Central United (with the 'GOD' of footy, Carey) to take part in the GF and Mitchell Park WILL be top 5 and look very very dangerous at times. Rosies will be around the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but that's all.

I heard that Doc Reardon and Valleys07 were in good discussion Saturday night, were they discussing a possible move for Doc to Hope Valley in 2013.

You could only hope PG, Yank Man developed a structure underneath him in the last 2 years who are thinking Div 5 and beyond and not a return to Div 7.

Time will tell but I am confident that the Lions will push a lot of buttons in 2013.
The Mitchell park v colonel light games always have a bit of feeling in them. Will have to see if I can get up to watch one this year! Any news on the McDonnell's and their "retirement" plans? Surely they will be having one more?

Yeah it should be good, always enjoyed playing CLG, I know a lot of the old school guys have some connections there which means wanting to win a little more.
Then there is the fact they are constantly trying to throw coin at our better players. Hopefully we can nick one or two of their younger players in return
Luke will play but wont be able to commit to the same sort of levels he has been. Nat is playing. I think the idea of playing with Ben Weekley again would help.
