Excuse the ignorance.. But are Rosewater players eligible for the medal? Do the sanctions for next season for those in the infamous photo come into play for this seasons medal count? Jake Williams would be amongst the contenders given he stands out in victories, and they still had 9 of them..

Hmm it’s a possibility HT, he has made an effort to be friendly with the umps this season.. I think Hugh Johnson-Schroeder will be stealing to many votes from him though. Matthew Brincat will win it in my opinion.

United was kicked out of the Riverland Independent comp in about '99 and one of their players still won the medal that season.

Ffs, when the club got banned, everyone carried on that it wasnt fair that the players were punished when they didnt do anything and now people are complaining that the players who didnt do anything can win the medal

I was trying to think what speech would he have Thursday night. Then I just seen the medal counts are on. Surely the Saafl don't tell the player they have won before the night. Or is he just that confident his gonna win. Beats me!
