No slight on Carlton, they'll be undermanned and it's harder for them to cover with where their list is at, than many other clubs. Think Scott wouldn't have been too impressed with what the Roos dished up last weekend either.

the roos are certainly the top undefeated side with far more many agraders in their side... not that i couldnt name many but there must be a few?

the carlton boys are expelling high endeavour to work hard and continue to work hard throughout every minute of the game and with 4 wins under their belt they are footballers who come with belief, despite beating the very very lowly likes such as port :D

did they saints expose a weakness in the roos, or were the roos just lazy.

nonetheless north will wanna be switched on this week the blues are not that flaking ailing dead fish theyve been known to be, and could get quite as close as saints did

#dreaming

And Essingtendumbscum too. We live in eternal hope!

Casboult's return is even more surprising after the Blues had ruled him out for up to two months with a hairline fracture in his left leg just 11 days ago.

They've named Casboult and Kreuzer on the extended bench for the Sunday game, playing ducks and drakes. Neither will play.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Crazy really. Obviously the diagnosis was wrong in the beginning if he is able to play.

Waste of time doing this. Match Committee will play 900 talls regardless.

Personally I still can't see Cas playing. Last week we had one tall forward in Jones and he wasn't our worst. So why would you drop Jones for Cas? Especially against Taylor Lonergan Henderson? I would not be surprised if both were late withdrawals.

Maybe going in smaller up forward looking for a obvious miss match?

Yeah baby!!!
I was out all day with the kids so didn't see any of the game.
Very pleasing to get another win.
Who were the best players?
I'm assuming all played well like all of our other wins this year.

Gibbs best by a fair bit.
Thought Docherty was very good and probably Rowe's best game for awhile

That's 3 or 4 BOGS this year for him I reckon.
He would be an out and out star in a very good side like Hawthorn.

He would be an out and out star if he had produced this consistently over the past 5 years!

Finally showing what he is capable of

Yeah but playing in a bottom side is a lot harder to produce then playing in a really good side.
He is a lot more consistent now though than say 3 years ago

Chicken and the egg theory though isn't it?
Maybe if Gibbs and the other dozen top 10 picks Carlton have had over the years had been consistant they wouldn't of been a poor side.

Unfortunately for these high draft picks there weren't any real leaders other than Judd to show them the way.

Definitely heading in the right direction as a club. Bolton would have to be considered as close to favourite for the coach of the year?
