Race Overview: Left Hand Man is the map horse. He can lead if nothing wants to take it up or sit just off the speed if something rolls forward - either way, he will be in clean air at the top of the straight while his main danger Rainbow Thief looks awkwardly drawn in gate one. Left Hand Man's win at this track and distance rated well, reeling off the best last 400-metre split of the meeting to win comfortably.

The toppie was the fave yesterday but comes back in distance and has the grandstand on his back, I've been tilting towards a 3 & 5 Quinella.

If he wins tonight I think there's a decent future for him, he's in good company tonight.

Shit yeah, no guts no glory.

I placed a $4 tri last night as soon as I got home and collected a tad under $200, I used it as an excuse to go to the pub to withdraw.

When we got back home I went to do another $4 tri but went the quinella instead , missed out on another $160, a tad annoyed with myself.
