I think Brett Ratten coached Norwood in the EFL from memory (haven't checked the link, so apologies if it's there).

If half the game was played, CPL should get the flag: (depending on their rules and constitution of course)
3rd Division - Match was abandoned at half time. Police called off the game due to Mt Waverley fans assaulting (allegedly!)
Carrum Patterson Lakes players in the CPL rooms. Southern Football League officials have, as yet, not ruled on the outcome of the game but there will defintely not be a replay. Mt Waverley were leading leading by 25 points at half time

The Southern Football League has had one of its best years since inception with finals crowds at record numbers and the public clearly embracing the fun, safe, fair and inclusive culture of the League.
It is most disappointing then to advise that the Board has now considered two investigation reports provided by independent investigators from AFL Victoria.
The reports relate to incidents, both on and off field, during the playing of the Division 3 Grand Final between Mt Waverley FC and Carrum-Patterson Lakes FC and also to an off field incident during and after the Division 2 Reserves Preliminary Final between Mordialloc FC and Doveton Eagles FC.
The Board believes the reports disclose sufficient grounds to commence disciplinary proceedings against the four clubs and some supporters of those clubs and will now appoint a Disciplinary Committee pursuant to its rules to hear the matters.
In addition, the independent investigator reporting on the Mt Waverley/Carrum-Patterson Lakes match recommended a player be charged with striking with respect to an on field incident during the match. The player will appear before the SFL Independent Tribunal.
Finally, the SFL Board will make a determination regarding the result of the Division 3 Senior Grand Final after all hearings before the Disciplinary Committee have been concluded.
There will be no further comment regarding the matters until each matter has been dealt with.

MT Waverley Football Club has been hit with a $2000 fine nine weeks after the halftime brawl that led to the abandonment of its grand final against Carrum Patterson Lakes.
And the Southern Football League has ruled that no premiership will be awarded from the match and both clubs will stay in Division 3.
