i believe its the season just passed. i.e where the player played last year.

so what happens to a div 3 team from 2010 thats dropped to div 4 2011...do they have to cut players to fit under the points cap? i.e. will the whole team from 2010 be rated as div 3 players in 2011?

Points are assigned to any new players who came or come to your club after 1/7/09 all players who were at your club prior are 0 no matter what grade you are in. Hopefully that is sort of what you are looking for.

thats a good question.
They would still have to count these players as points though and since there worth 3pts being from div 3. They wouldnt all fit into the cap.

I heard that with the Carr connection at Iggies now, past club great Liam Carr will come back to the club as playing coach of the B-grade. With the C's and A's having won flags in the past two seasons, the goal is to try to have the B grade do the same in 2011.

Allegedly.

I was told Reeves, Jarman bros, Vanders and another guy who i dont really know of. Can you confirm if this is correct. I must admit i was shocked to hear of Vanders going and if it is true he would be very hard to cover i would imagine.
