DECEMBER 2012
Mighty Tiger and Dedja were at Lennies Tavern , having a beer
Tiger says to Dedja
"' Dedja the worlds gunna end TOMorrow, what are you gunna do ?."'
"" Im gunna have a pizza and then f...k anything that moves, why what are you gunna do TOMorrow Tiger ?"'
"" Im err, gunna err, stand very very still.""

Tiger's lucky it won't be in September because he'd be f***ed regardless.

STRESS
Often read and hear that its hard to lose weight if stressed
Ive tried really hard in March/April to be as stress free as possible
Here is a unique sort of way to de-stress that works for me often enough

Heres a de-stesser of mine, if time permits
Usually a day activity

Chamomile Tea
Spray a concoction of Water with Lavender drops in the room of use
Sit upright
Play music
Relax for up to 30 minutes

This formula relaxes me little or lots
The bonus is it usually improves my sleep patterns

LAVENDER
Can be used in a variety of ways
In your hot Bath, As a room spray, On your pillow b4 you get to sleep
The fragrence is meant to reduce the stress hormones in the blood
It works for me, sometimes a smidge other times a fair deal

MUSIC
This one really works for me, I seep into the lounge chair and hear a favorite album of mine
Sometimes I work out my plans for the day or next few days
Its better to do this planning during relaxation, instead of when you are trying to sleep
Other times I focus on the music and simply relax
I begin with a long deep breath and breathe out very slowly
When stressed I cant hold my breath in as long as when Im unstressed, so its a pointer to my current mood

Interesting info Ive found out
Loud Music for about 20 minutes is a de-stresser
It has been stated part of the inner ear vibrates to loud music, there is a gyrating and stimulating process that takes place
Makes sense , I usually feel much better after playing a cassette/CD in the car full blast
The best song Ive heard full blast is Whole Lotta Love by Led Zepplin

yes stress can play a big factor in weight loss to a point. Stress it self will not hinder your weight loss, it's what you do when your stressed that will. A lot of people turn to eating when stressed and also stoop doing there cardio. It's just how some people deal with it and like yourself mal have to find a way to get over it.
We're on this journey together, One Heart, One Club and they will Never Ever Tear Us Apart.
