And that they won't get. Majority of us from the Magpies Cheer Squad won't be going simply for the fact this game is at Elizabeth.

I won't be going either, it's my 21st. I'm not spending my birthday at Elizabeth putting up with all that crap from Dogs supporters. Besides, need my rest as the next day, I'm on a plane to Sydney.

What? Don't you think that you will win? What a great way to celebrate your birthday!

Him being young is one of the reasons he probably doesn't want to go to the game and fair enough too.
If I was young I wouldn't want to be anywhere near Elizabeth at night especially on his birthday.
He has legitimate reasons and he'll remain safe, leave the poor kid alone.

YEAH! Leave him alone! By the way, where is Barnacle Bills in Port Adelaide?

These days it's a family affair with the odd pissed idiot who raises about 1,000 posts about very little.

Meanwhile we have PAP pooping his pants at 21 about problems he has largeley created himself. What a wimp!

Ive seen much worse things in recent years than I ever saw in the 70s or 80s, I didn't see one incident in the 70s or 80s.
Elizabeth under lights is a much worse proposition than Elizabeth at day and luckily for 8 club's supporters they've never been there when their team has beaten Central under lights.
No need for name calling if he makes a decision to play it safe when he's witnessed the things he's seen.
A mate of mine who's only a little fella almost got mugged by a gang of Central fans a couple of years ago when "walking to his car harmlessly". If his car had been another 10 metres away he would have been in strife.
I wouldn't want my son going out there by himself when he's 20 at night.

Your mate named his car harmlessly?

So anyway, after all these calls for the thread to get back on topic, but yet the main protagonists ignoring that, I'll say:

wow - 10,000 people, wouldn't that be an awesome sight?

is it possible to achieve those crowds outside of finals matches any more? Hope so.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.

ROFLMAO! This thread is gold!

Was spat on, abused and called all the names under the sun at Elizabeth one day. But that was while playing mini-league for the Doggies. Didn't help that West belted us by four goals.

Never had any trouble at Elizabeth as a Port supporter. And I lived there for ten years!

I reckon if you put the 2 cheer squads together, put a cage around them, and let people sit and watch them big brother style, they may well get 10k!

WSC, my respect for you has trebled on the strength of your posts in this thread. 10 out of 10 for passion. Would be glad to buy you a beer some time.

pseudo you are more than welcome to buy me a beer, just let me know where and when. Also i am passionate about it because we have been putting up with that sort of bullshit since the power came in Cheif knows what i am on about and people like pap usally start the problems we have with in our own cheer sqaud and problems with other cs and leave the rest of us to fight the battle and mean i verbally and phsically.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Surely the Central players shouldn't be allowed on the field with flagpoles?!?!
