From the games I seen last year the recruits will give the club enormous depth. With Benny back after two seasons at Div 1 level the midfield would be making me salivate if I was a forward at the club. With all respect to Brad Schneider who done a great job in the GF last year if I was Harro I'd be chasing hard for a big ruck man. In my opinion would make you a 5 goal better side .... Not that they are the easiest blokes to find !

Absolutely spot on Freo HeaveHo. Schneids came good in the end but had to be dropped to the two's to spark him, but I believe he is working in the mines now and his games will be limited. Salivate all you like as a forward but without at least a 1st grade ruck in Div 6 you ain't gunna get much if you don't get 1st use. :(

How many '1st grade' ruckman can there possibly be in div 6!?

Sorry Jetters, just a phrase. Let's just say a sizeable 6'3' type who is not scared of body contact, can run all day, kick goals when resting forward and causes headaches for opposition coaches. Like Clint Dow from TTG.

Schneids is the perfect foil and he has been amazing in leading in a position that IMO he is undersized for. Done a great job.

... but I agree with both of you. We need a genuine all over the ground ruckman to give our midfield the best chance.

Might starting putting ads on seek.com.
