Can you do that when finances are involved? I seem to remember that being why I had to go through lawyers. Sorry LM I'm no help at all haha
That's ok, I think you are getting finances and disputes mixed up, I've made an offer, she's happy to accept it and we can move on.
Yep, we did the finances separately. i.e. I took my bbq, bean bag, box of beer glasses and my clothes and then offered to tip my wallet out every pay day on her front lawn. 3 years time it drops to half my wallet only and I might be able to afford gas for the bbq by then.

Yours was before the web existed
Smac was divorced in the 70's?
I'll admit mine was. My first wife and I parted on July 1st 1975 - convenient for taxation purposes - and were divorced 12 months later. 9 years later I remarried and that one lasted 24 years - until my wife's death in 2008.

It will also give people reason not to enter their classic vehicle. I wont be going in it this year in mine and alot of people I know wont be. Would be nothing worse than a warm day and crawling up through those tunnels, over heating in slow moving traffic.
Every year I figure out that the Bay to Birdwood is on accidently, normally whilst walking to Woolies and then noticing a heap of people with their deckchairs and then spotting old jalopys
So I'll miss that this year, eh?
My new Mantra - I am no longer available to things and people that make me feel like shit

Once you get on the freeway, it's a cruise. Getting from the bay to the freeway wouldn't be fun. Done the toy run a couple of times and the bikes get hot.
