Zuu Training
Just recently I have being training with a mate who is a personal trainer and loves the zuu training style.
F**k me its tough.
Its a primal pattern bodyweight training.
Worth having a go, great for losing weight while building lean muscle.

Re: Zuu Training
I have managed to lose weight and put on lean muscle while doing only zuu training.
Also like its functionality rather than just doing bench press, curls etc etc
Has been great for my shoulder as well.

No.
Noob gains.
Once they end its impossible to lose weight while gaining muscle.

response was to the fact you can't lose weight AND gain muscle at the same time
basically, you need to be in constant calorie surplus to gain lean muscle...to lose weight you need to be in calorie deficit...obviously you can't be both at same time.
ZUU training looks (and I only breifly looked) great as a form of exercise to lose weight and to probably aid in flexibility, but it would be far from optimal for lean muscle gain

On a short look, It does look like it would be good for lean muscle and weight loss.
I was curious enough to have a look at the youtube link but couldn't tolerate the sound track for long...

Re: Zuu Training
Your body will adapt to your own weight very quickly, which makes lean muscle gain non-existent beyond that point.
