Agreed, the reef is in serious danger.

Fitzroy/Green Island or elsewhere?

We've done a couple, Reef Magic Cruise, Green Island and one of the Quicksilver boats.

Went to the outer reef. Two spots out that way. Will probably get our scuba certs and do a 3-4 day liveaboard next time.

We're up there in November and are looking at a two night stay on a cat to the outer reef.

Get the boon family together and get your cert in Adelaide before you go. When you get to Cairns you are ticketed and ready to dive.

Airport security has become very serious again. People complaining about things being confiscated. Customs checking passports and faces far more sternly.
