At 0-6 mate its fair to say they are not 'Hooting' along.......

They're up against it mate. Poor numbers at training, Losing a heap of blokes pre season the coach leaving coming up a Div its probably all a bit much for a club that maybe wasn't quite reading for the jump in divisions.

They seem to have good junior numbers coming through, Great club room in an expanding area they'll be fine long term just need to weather the storm this year it would seem

In my experience I have found the complete opposite.

morell's Myth #35 - Going up a division attracts better quality players and people.

In my experience I have found the complete opposite.

I know that when Mawsons went up to Div 6, they recruited pretty well as well as keeping the majority of the playing group.

I would politely suggest that going up a division had absolutely nothing to do with those players jumping on board.

Other than perhaps the Coaches and recruiting people thinking they needed to because of said division jump.
