Sittting here at my desk crook as a dog after a big night on the gas and I've just gone to Woolies and bought a box of cyclone ice blocks. will give them a hammering this arvo and should start feeling better quite soon. They are my sure fire hangover cure. Be interested to know what everyone else has for their hangover cure.

Smash down a Gatorade and greasy food on the way home from my session.

Another Gatorade in the morning and i'm usually right to get through the following day.

Same here, I go to the On The Run servo down the road from my house and get a pie, preferably chicken, beef jerky and a blue Powerade/Gatorade before heading home.

Lie on the couch in my own hungover filth for the whole day, drinking tea and eating bacon sandwiches while watching footy and/or bad movies between intermittent nana-naps.

Three days later, I'm right as rain.

Yep I do the same, and drink some water. The dehydration is what intensifies the hangover I've found, if I try to drink electrolytes and water before sleep (and when I wake) I feel fine the next day albeit a bit lethargic.

Also apparently bananas are good for hangovers.

The ultimate way to avoid hangovers though - don't drink

Your not an alcoholic until you start to go to meetings.
