Reading between the lines, Shane Hanson would be the player I believe.

They must be good, I've heard of a gun forward looking to return there but has been told he wont have a spot in the A's.
And that gun fullforward would kick you 5 goals a game min in div 5 but i hear egos are getting in the way and has been told to play c grade as he is not wanted.
That's the mail I got too, I've seen the bloke play over the past few years and he'd be a handy asset to any club, highly skilled and has an excellent attitude.
I don't think Para Hills have ever told anyone that they wont play A grade. To have them just baished to the C grade is something I find hard to believe. If the player is question was serious about coming back to the club for the right reasons I'm sure the club would have them back.

That's what I would've thought, especially someone of this calibre, can play forward, back or on the ball and can hit you lace out on the tit from 60 metres away.

I wouldn't think he'd choose to voluntarily.

Riverland connection?
Would them telling him to play C grade have anything to do with how many times he's been back and forth over the years?

Well, there you go. I thought he'd played for them a few times over the years.
And, yes, he played for Berri. They recruited a couple of PHFC players at the time.

I've heard the same thing and will not be happy if it's true. Came from a reliable source though.
i can assure you there is "not a lot of cash to splash around" and any new or returning player has never been told that they will only play c grade, all players will be picked each week based on the normal selection process. the club would love nothing more than to have 80 odd blokes pushing for an A grade spot each week.

Re: Ch9 AFL Division 5 - 2015
People come and go all the time, thats no reason to tell him to go play C grade.
People complain when they leave for big money... for someone to offer you $800 or more a game is like having a full time job for 3 days work... anyone who tells someone that they shouldn't leave a club for that amount of money is crazy. You can do so much with it.
He wants to come back now, so welcome him, win games and everyone is happy.
Hanson was told to play c grade, If that has not been said then whoever told Shane directly is lying because this has come straight from him.

Hanson is a PHFC junior and did play at the club back in 2008-2011? Then left again.there is no way the club told him to play c grade .maybe the club doesn't have the sort of money he wants ??????
