It's not my field of expertise, as I never practised as a GP.
I've never had Chicken Pox, nor any immunisation for it, but I do have antibodies to it.
That suggests I had some sub-clinical exposure to it in my childhood without getting ill, and that the antibodies last a long time..
(Same with Mumps.)
