I would be of the assumption that they'd only be retarded for the current season, you want your 10 strongest clubs playing in the strongest division and so forth.

Generally it's when a witness and/or advocate misleads the Tribunal or is otherwise abusive to the Tribunal.

Surely their points count against relegation, just punish them to not make the finals, putting them to div 2 achieves nothing.

They were not going to make finals, so from that perspective they are not being penalised at all. Might be hard for Salisbury North to avoid relegation because they have to play the 3 top teams. The other game is against SHOC which could decide who goes down and who stays up.

This also effectively comes close to locking in the top 5. Unusual for it to be more or less set with four rounds to play!

To get 8 matches, he must have almost killed the other player, or has the league got something against the club? Plus it also looks like they are having two bites of the cherry with the misconduct charge as well as the striking charge. From the outside one would think Salisbury North has been singled out and made an example of them by the league, I just hope this is not the case, but it does appear that way. Plus it virtually ends the players career with the 10 games suspension, with the life ban for suspensions now in place.

What's their payment system ? I can't see the hawks being relegated I think they will do enough to stay up. It would t be fair on the div 2 clubs if the hawks were relegated would it.
