So who are you to say that you are right and everyone who believes differently is wrong?
What evidence do you have to prove that your choice is unequivocally the correct choice?
I can say it becasue Its not my opinion. It's not about what i think, it is what God thinks is right and wrong. Because we have different standards of what is wrong and what is right. I will make a stand for what is right in Gods eyes.
The proof is in the pudding. The evidence of God being the right choice is experienced in life. There is no way words can convince someone.
Its like this, I could tell you or how awesome my skydive was but inless you have done it yourself you will never understand. I can tell you of all the things that God has done in my life but unless you experience it yourself, you won't know..
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

I would've thought God would've been more forthright in telling his human servants that they've done the wrong thing by rejecting him, like actually appearing to us and saying so, as opposed to sending sneaky messages like giving babies cancer or natural disasters or whatever and hoping that we will join the dots.

Or maybe like sending His son to die in our place...
Or using other people who have found Him to warn them about the consequences of sin and the hope, peace, love, joy and everything else that can be found in Him...
Yeah maybe...

Try me.
Give me an example of what he/she has done for you.
How do you know what he/she thinks is right and wrong besides a poorly written book thats been amended to suit different agendas through time?

Are these the same sins that have been routinely committed throughout history by some of the very people who so staunchly tell you not to sin? Not just any sins mind you some of the most abhorrent sins imaginable.
By your own admission people can be afflicted by your so called consequences regardless of whether they themselves have sinned so that isn't really making a good point. I am a peaceful happy person who finds joy in a lot of things and I do have hope. Hope that one day people will accept that we all believe different things and they will stop pushing their views onto other people.
Yep, if God just got out his smiteing hand and bitch slapped all the cnts in the world for being cnts then he may be onto something.

The very best parts of Christian teaching, ie kindness, compassion etc do not require a belief in a god, they just require us to not be dicks to each other.

Yes, agree completely. Intelligent creatures with the ability to reason, such as human beings, learned a long time ago that a society functions optimally when people aren't stuffing each other around re: life and property. No stone tablets are necessary to understand this.

More acts of terrorism in busy locations, it would seem.
Apparently at least seven explosions have been reported in Central Jakarta, including two suicide bombs. The explosions occurred near office buildings and fast food outlets, with one police officer and three other people confirmed dead.
