I've had two, and it actually feels like a real Christmas.

Mrs. C. says Christmas here doesn't feel festive at all; she likens it to just another family BBQ.

If you're going to North America, go to mid-eastern Canada. It will no doubt be less packed than the touristy places like Whistler, Banff etc.

I highly recommend Ottawa and Toronto. In the former, you can skate on the Rideau Canal during the winter.

Pantry moths if present have usually nested in something let open, they love nuts of any sort to breed up on.
Have a look around in there.
