Wife washed the bedding on Sunday but forgot about it and it wasn't dry in time for bed so she got another set out to use.

I felt crap and went to bed early Sunday night and put it all together, when she came in she asked if there was any problems with it, I replied with "Yeah, it smells like cupboard"

She had a bit of a giggle and re-affirmed me that I'm a dickhead.

When she got into bed she laughed again and I said "What are you laughing at?"

"It does smell like cupboard" She replied.

Best thing we did, around 3 years ago, new King bed with 3 sets of linen. Was a big purchase but having 3 sets of everything means no late rush on Sunday to remake the bed with cold shit off the line.

We had a rotation system going on but she's been pretty keen on her latest bedding purchase so I'll just roll with that.

I did say to her "Don't worry, a night or two of DNA and the cupboard smell will pass", only one of us found it funny though.

up at Loveday 4X4 park over the weekend, doing the tour track and we roll up on about half a dozen cars parked and people checking out an obstacle, the "hell hole"

couple of guys give it a go in their vehicles, and despite throwing dirt everywhere, they dont make it. "why dont you give it a go in your Jeep?"

so i drop to low range, use my magic buttons, and walk it up an over with no thrown dirt, and little noise

apparently im a "******* showoff"
