There will also be a "shittest tattoo" competition at half time. Entrants currently number in the many hundreds.. might take some time get through them so get there early!
Ben Weekley and his "I think it's Ned Kelly but could also be a tin a spaghetti" an early favourite.

It was a fantastic day and an unfortunate thing like this to happen which is disappointing. All clubs are asked when going to Mofflin to make sure the change room door is closed due it being so close to the road. The worst thing is Junior bags being stolen from other clubs earlier in the day.

If as the home club you identify a risk with the changerooms, then you should be taking greater measures to mitigate the risk - not just tell the opposition to close the door.
Also not sure junior bags being stolen is “worse” - it’s certainly just as bad, but I imagine the stuff in an adults bag is far more valuable and more difficult to replace than a kids bag.

Sucks but it happens. Certainly not a reflection of CUFC who did everything they could to help.
Fortunately the valuables box meant most "just" lost footy gear, but did have quite a few who lost car keys and the like and were stranded. Also meant they were worried for their vehicles. Caught a culprit who came back and tried to get into a car.

Inequity begets crime
Well that is a positive out of a severe negative situation.
Even umpiring I only leave the bare essentials in my bag, it can be a pain in the arse as I need my phone immediately after the game to enter match details.

Yeah we are in the transportables. Probably apt time to tell everyone that it's a bit of a mess at the moment. No on site parking and construction stuff everywhere. Can only apologise and thank everyone for their patience until our new home is complete
Truth be told the transportables are probably an upgrade to the old visitor change rooms.

We used to but struggled to compete and haven't fielded any sides in the past couple of years. Is a strategic goal to re-establish.

Its certainly going to be impressive, looking at the construction footprint.
On top of the excellent Marion facilities almost all Southern clubs have had upgrades in recent years - Brighton, Kenilworth, Edwardstown, Morphy Parks
