Re: Things that you rate!
On a day when life gave me a good swift kick in the nuts I managed to salvage some positives as the day progressed.
My son is umpiring his first senior game with me on Saturday arvo and then my daughter rang me to let me know she's playing her first div 1 footy game Saturday too.
I may have written the remainder of the day off by ripping the scab off of a couple of Peter Lehmann's finest.
Moving day tomorrow.

My missus used to work there and they pay for bonds for people who have full time jobs etc. It's not just for the unemployed. Might be worth having a look.
I thought about it but it all happened too quick, I went to the open Wednesday arvo and got approved Thursday arvo, it was only Monday I had a run in with where I was living and thought f*** it, just get out of here.
I've already paid the bond etc. now so the horse has bolted, I've just gotta do stuff all for 6 weeks.
I didn't really want to owe anyone money either.
I hope LHM is ok
He is fine, Flemmo this Saturday I think .
10's, the Sportsbet dude has him as 2nd pick.

Re: Things that you rate!
Long story.
After my planned car purchase all fell through a while ago, i wasnt a very happy camper.
However, over the weekend, the daughter and i went to see a car i was interested in, bought it, and drove it home.
Slight catch was the car was in sydney, so the drive home was slightly longer than usual.
Left sydney saturday morning, drove over the bridge, out to bathurst for a slow lap of the mountain, on to hay for the night, then the last leg home through the riverland sunday.
Car didnt miss a beat, had good bonding time with the girl, and didnt hit any wildlife. All wins in my book.
Now to get it through regency park so i can get club reg and start cruising it

Well, got to watch my daughter's debut Saturday night and then watched the replay.
She was on and off the interchange a bit in the first half and then went on to a half back flank about 5 minutes into the 3rd where she found her place, for the remaining 15 minutes of the quarter she racked up 7 kicks, 2 handballs, 2 marks and 2 tackles that resulted in free kicks for HTB.
It's good to be able to watch and point out to her what she did right and where she needs to improve but overall I was very proud of her efforts and work rate.

It goes from fascinating to downright unbelievable! I read every word of the 16 page life out in yesterdays paper and have just finished today's pages, this is going to be the greatest mini series ever.

I've been to 7 on the list.
Auckland - the traffic is awful, can't understand how it gets on the list.
Perth yep nice, long way from anywhere else though.
Wellington, best harbor view in the world, when its calm, good awful joint when its not.
Brisbane is ok, if you can stand the Queenslanders though.
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!
