Some numpty in a kenilworth shirt walked past the crowd calling him a cheat. He must have great eyesight to call it from 150m away.
Few dirty players for them. Glad they lost.
Pretty sure when every kilburn player drops their head around the goals says enough. It is what it is. But it was probably the worst call in some time.
How many yellows did the kilburn players get???
I’d be more worried about the umpires looking after you all game including a double goal, the player who gave Kilburn’s a concussion is going to have a nice little holiday and your boundary umpire being one of the most biased boundaries we have ever seen.
The glass houses are huge from where your from. I am done with this conversation but the ignorance is incredible and somewhat amusing
All of the mud slinging aside that game yesterday between Kilburn and Kenilworth was an absolute cracker throughout. Serious finals intensity. Morphy Parks hit the ground running yesterday and look to now be the side who most thought they could be in the preseason.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Happy to wear a couple of yellows. I didn’t think there was anything in them. You knock a player out with a sling tackle and there’s going to be retaliation. The retaliator usually gets caught. Kilburn had a long injury list and it was a good win. Didn’t see anyone drop their head in reaction to the shot on goal. Goal umpire was confident it went over the post. No idea how you were in a position to say it was a bad call.

He wouldn’t be the first to do it, but from my experience it never ends well.
Of all the stuff on here regarding the Kookas and Chics this is the complaint and dialogue i find the most vexing??
I'm just looking for clarity on what the issue is here. Did they meet after the warm up in the centre square. I'm just trying to understand what the Coach did. If he met in the square pre- game like say half time of the C grade to have a quick chat with his team, asses ground conditions and the like then I am truly lost at what the issue is here.

Round 9 looks a ripper: top 2 clash, bottom 4 tackle each other and then Kenilworth host Morphy Pk.
Kilburn could go 2 games clear at the top or have Plympton close the gap.. and depending how the Kenilworth game games that could see the Dogs potentially drop to 3rd.
Gepps will be desperate for a win over Walkerville to get themselves in a position to escape the relegation zone, but Pooraka hosting Gaza should see them keep the Rams at arms length. A loss for Walkies though would see them likely drop to 9th with an inferior percentage.
Not to forget though, should WOS drop their match to Heccies, it would put them only a win ahead of those behind as we turn for the back 9.
11 games left, Gaza 5 wins + percentage off 8th spot appear the only certainty of being relegated and barring an absolute disaster it's hard to see the couple being dislodged.
The question is.. can Gaza create an upset this year at all?

In all seriousness hopefully he goes well. I think it’s nothing but positive getting a respected club legend back - it’s working for Eliz this year, it’s worked for the likes of Kilburn in the past.
The change however is a pretty severe indictment on cabbage and his coaching ability given results would not have been a factored this year given the predicament.

Didn't see Jack Wood on Saturday, is he still around Gepps?
I'm glad the GX crowd still have the energy to heckle washed up B graders and volunteer junior umpires after a long year. It was hard to understand what they were saying when they were speaking with their mouths full. Hopefully they were eating delicious Kilburn food from the canteen or bbq and not being cheap and bringing their own.
