After watching some of the debate I cannot believe it's down to these two?
Biden seems to just vague out at times, can't form or complete sentences.
It's like he's constantly got someone jabbering away in his earpiece. Which, come to think of it would explain a lot.

Not really, the delay helps him but not the substance.

The ruling is consistent with the oral arguments with the justices so not unexpected.

The MAGA delusionals will spin this as ‘absolute immunity’ which it isn’t. What the ruling doesn’t do, and it’s a deliberate action by the conservative justices, is define what are ‘official acts’, so allows some grey when they should have been specific.

This is what you get when your legal system is compromised by partisan politics.

Far from being the beacon of democracy that the US espouses, they are one of the most corrupt countries on Earth.

That said, if Gavin Newsom was the Democrat candidate for President, MAGA would be wiped from the Earth in a landslide.
