West to repeat their 1978 upset of Sturt, the Blues only minor round loss that season, by 22 points.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Au contraire, this year Sturt will win the two fixtures that it dropped in 1978...

Re: Round 18 West v Sturt
As of this morning, for Sturt to replace Norwood on top of the ladder it needs to kick 52 points plus 3 points for every 2 scored by West. (approximately)
So if the Bloods manage 60 points then the Blues need 144.
Not impossible, but perhaps not likely. Nevertheless Sturt ought to set themselves up for a percentage shootout next week.

Surely you could have incorporated pi into that formula.

Multiply either side by -e^{i*pi} and you'll have the same result.

Sturt fell short by 2 goals.

Re: Round 18 West v Sturt
West kicked 3 goals thanks to the umpires for some very interesting holding the ball calls
