We're hopeful of going into this once again but resources ( ie people helping out ) are in need of some support.

We've used Facebook Messenger to bounce ideas / structures / payments around, is anyone willing to chip in and help? We could use email if that suits.

Also, would anyone be willing to open a new account with an agency? Typically bonus bets are on offer to new accounts, I'd suggest whoever is willing to do this would be the one helping out as above, ideally.

We've got a couple of weeks to workshop this so any feed back will be appreciated.

I'm useless at this sort of shit, but if it's too hard to set up new betting accounts etc, would it just be easier to set up a bet with mates group on Sportsbet and anyone with a Sportsbet account can join and we have a crack? I reckon they will be offering bet returns up to $50.00 for second and third on Saturday in Melbourne and Sydney and Melbourne Cup Day too. Just a suggestion.

Does anyone know of any join up promotions?

I’m toying with the idea of organising Tuesday for us but I can’t spend too much time on it tomorrow and I’d need all the tips & money in by about 10am Tuesday.

Would probably look at $50 each.
$40 of that on a race (everyone chooses 2-3 preferred races so we cover them all)
$10 towards a tri or F4 for the cup, if there are double ups then so be it, no re-picks.

I will give someone else my account details so they can check on things as I know I’ll be pissed by the time the last race is run.

Dutchy, JK, Lightning and myself really enjoy running this set up but it does take a fair bit of work.

From banking in and out, placing dozens of bets, cross checking each others work, spread sheets etc there's a bit that goes into it.

Unfortunately work and life got in the way this year but we'll be sure to have Pat Pirate and his disciples back on board for the next Carnival.
